Concha y Toro's Gran Reserva needed a redesign to shift its traditional image towards sustainability, appealing to a younger, eco-conscious market. Research highlighted the importance of legitimacy, accountability, and local identity in the sustainable wine sector. We drew inspiration from Chile's rivers, linking each wine variety to its origin, and adopted natural colors and the indigenous black-necked swan as the brand's icon. Sustainability certifications were prominently featured to ensure credibility.

This rebranding successfully positioned Gran Reserva as Concha y Toro's global sustainability leader, embodying harmony with nature. The brand is now synonymous with sustainable practices, serving as a benchmark within the company for environmentally positive communication and establishing itself as the premier sustainable brand in their portfolio.
